“Convenient reporting with multiple fields
Pros
I really like the ability to pull most fields in the system for reporting. It makes everything much more convenient for me.
Cons
Since we moved to the cloud, I feel like there are extra steps just to process and save information. Sending or saving documents isn't as simple as it used to be before.

This tool is a user friendly system that's easy for me to manage and adjust when needed.
Cons

“Time & Attendance Stands Out
Pros
I'm a big fan of the Time and Attendance features. We just ordered the HR modules and I'm really excited to see what the onboarding and training features will look like. I also love how easy it is for me to navigate the Payroll module.
Cons
On the payroll side, I wish I could pull more reports from the Position instead of being limited to just the Employee master profile.

“Eases manual tasks with great reporting
Pros
What I really appreciate is how much easier the system makes things I used to do manually, like overtime or adjusting a unionized employee's pay when they move up a grid level. The reporting functions are awesome and creating custom reports is simple for me.
Cons
I think some desktop functions should be available on the web too. If I'm an admin, I should see everything online the same way I can on the desktop. Plus, a few features promised during the sales pitch still don't work even after three years, though I know they're being worked on.

Moving to the Cloud was really simple for me and I've been using this tool since I started my payroll position.

“first year end was smooth with great support
Pros
I still remember my first year end with this tool back in 2007. It was super fast and smooth and I was genuinely amazed! The support team is amazing, responses are quick and they're always helpful for me.
Cons
Sometimes security setup feels overly complicated, with too many steps and I find it hard to understand.

Pros
I was hired after the product was already up and running but I've always had great experiences with the support team. They're friendly, helpful and always respond in a timely manner when I call.
Cons
Building reports is tough for me because it's not easy to pull only the data I need. I can't just upload a list of employee numbers from Excel and exporting into Excel feels clunky. The tutorials online don't always cover everything, so I end up having to call support.

“Best for web time and union support
Pros
I mainly went with this tool because we needed Web time, as we were doing manual timecards before. It's working well now and we've even implemented a second and third union contract. There have been a few bumps in the road but we're getting there. The support we get is great.
Cons
I feel there should be more bulk upload options, like being able to upload biweekly deductions into the Employee deduction profile instead of entering each one by hand.

Pros
Excel capability for all reports is a huge plus for me. I love having all our companies under one search engine.

Payroll side of the software is great for me and it works well for everything I need.
Cons
For HRIS, I find it lacking. That's why we don't really use it but ideally, I want a single system that can handle everything so I don't have to buy extra products to fill the gaps.

This tool is super user friendly in all aspects. Reporting is easy for me and creating reports is really simple.
Cons
The only real complaint I have is with Employee Self Service. My staff often struggle to reset their passwords and I always end up doing it for them.

Time and attendance works well for my team, although there are occasional glitches with the break rules. The user interface is really nice and easy to navigate for me.

It's so easy for me to see my schedule, book time off and even check my pay. I used it with Brenda Stratford's organization and it worked great.

I honestly can't think of anything right now, sorry.
Cons
I've had no real training support for the HR modules. There are tons of articles for payroll but nothing for HR. I've been asking for training for three months and still haven't received any.
