“integrated payroll with customizable reports

Pros

I really like that it's an integrated system. The ease of processing payroll and the number of reports that are generated while processing help make sure that all accounts are charged correctly in our GL. The ability to customize reports is also a huge plus.

Cons

It gets frustrating for me when I update a profile, since I have to change things in several spots instead of it syncing automatically. Adding new codes to profiles and linking them to the web is also confusing and the instructions aren't clear.
