For a small to medium-sized business, Bambee is the best alternative to hiring an in-house HR professional. The process is streamlined and has taken half the time I expected. Not to forget, one of their customer support team member is already becoming a important member of our team.

What I love most about Bambee is working with my HR rep, Diana. She is fantastic, responsive, professional and much more.

There are not many downsides. My main issue is with the people I interact with. The first two reps I worked with were good, but Diana stands out as exceptional. The only downside was that I was not informed when those two reps left the company, leaving me in limbo for a while.
