I genuinely appreciate the exceptional onboarding experience offered by Bambee. It relieves all the stress associated with paperwork, and the platform even sends helpful reminders for upcoming tasks.

I cannot think of a single aspect I liked about Bambee. The service was terrible.

They never responded to my messages about payroll questions or any other inquiries. They also withheld all employees' W-2s because of a payroll tax payment of a few hundred dollars that we were never notified about until a couple of days ago. This seems illegal.

I only used the HR features at my company (as an employee) and I did not find anything I disliked. However, many employees seem to stop using it once the originality wears off, so that is something to keep in mind if you need it for employee feedback specifically.

It's so user-friendly and the computer and mobile versions are quite similar. If you are fortunate enough to have an experienced person as your HR manager, Bambee will be worth every penny! You can choose to have resignations or terminations reviewed in 5 minutes or 24 hours which allows time for discussion before finalizing.

Cons

The one downside is that support is only available via email and not through a chat box. However, I know they are working on developing a full chat function for faster responses.

It might need some prompts to be a bit simpler when getting started.

It is very user-friendly, packed with features and includes pre-made policies that are already HR-approved.

I dislike the fact that we cannot generate a report of notes when an employee is leaving. We prefer having paper trails in place.

I absolutely love how Bambee has helped us streamline employee organization and onboarding. As a startup and small company, we need all the extra help we can get to set up internal systems like those of a larger company. Bambee has allowed us to achieve this in a cost-effective and simple manner.

I experienced a bit of confusion regarding the roles of admins versus employees during the setup process, but our HR manager was incredibly helpful with any questions we had!

I did like to see an increase in the number of Q&A options. While the list of frequently asked questions is good, there are still topics that could be covered to avoid needing to call support.

A feature that makes my job easier is the ability to send messages to all employees and management at the same time with just a click. Also Bambee simplifies sending information, policies and notices. Most importantly, the support team has always been there to address our questions and concerns, responding promptly which we truly value.

Cons

Initially, it was pretty easy to submit an HR request for a general topic or question. Now, I have to find the specific topic before I can submit a request. It would be great if we could revert to the option of simply submitting a general request for any question or concern.

Customizing the HR policy templates is a pretty simple task. The HR Managers at Bambee are both professional and responsive.

Cons

I am surprised that HR policies are not proofread before being sent for approval. Most of the revisions we need are just spelling and spacing issues, however seems like an easy fix.

I like how easy it is to navigate the platform and access my employees files.

Cons

I wish the HR platform was more robust and that we had a dedicated HR rep available by phone. Currently, I have to schedule calls or speak with someone unfamiliar with my business, which means I have to explain who we are each time.

We rely on Bambee for our HR services. It makes onboarding employees, issuing discipline and tracking progress easy and quick.

I would like the addition of an attendance point system to track employee absence, unpunctuality and missed shifts.

Using Bambee is very simple. Everything I need is clearly laid out on the platform. Uploading information, keeping track of staff follow-through and maintaining comprehensive employee files are all very manageable.

Cons

The software often requires manual intervention to tailor a document or policy to our needs. Consulting with our HR Manager first is usually the best way to ensure we get exactly what we want.
