“BetterUp played a key role in my transformation
Pros
What I loved most about it after using it was the feeling like I had a personal cheerleader in my corner. I worked on managing my anxiety, practiced my delivery and even role-played answering tough questions.
Cons
Coaching with BetterUp can be a big investment depending upon your plan. It took me a while to decide if it was worth the cost. Overall it was worth it but it is still on the pricey side.

Pros
The thought of online coaching during these busy and stressful times is great. The website's UI feels really warm and welcoming.
Cons
The pricing feels way too high. Coming from a non US country, I can get face to face consulting for about 30% of their price!

“Excellent mentorship and a user-friendly UI
Pros
The way BetterUp offers live and self serve resources is really intuitive and helps keep me motivated depending on how busy I am that month.
Cons
A bit tricky to find the best mentor for what I'm looking for but it does a good job giving you flexibility. I wish I could keep one mentor and try another with an intro call before the platform ends the interaction.

“The best professional development resource I've found
Pros
It is easy to get started with. Finding the right coach and setting up the first session was quick too. I have done coaching before but not with it until now and it's nice to have a tool that makes all that easy.
Cons
I can't really think of anything I dislike about the experience. I have recommended it to many colleagues and am talking with my organization about getting it for the whole team.

Pros
Professionalism of the coaches and the counseling sessions is simply amazing. It helped me grow personally and develop better focus on my goals and work priorities. You get personalized coaching and you can switch coaches until you find the right fit.
Cons
Everything is good except for the amount of coaching material they provide. Sometimes it's tough to prepare for discussions. Also at first I could only choose from three coaches based on my skills which felt limiting.

Loved that I can customize the counseling and support I need. It's also cool that all employees can pick who they want to talk to and how they want to connect.
Cons
No dislikes right now. Some staff said they found it unhelpful but they only tried it once or twice so I don't think that's a fair judgment.
