Pros
To foster lasting relationships with customers and improve our brand image, our agency implements various strategies including offering incentives. BHN Rewards simplifies the process of delivering and tracking these rewards, lets us set expiration dates and allows us to recover any unclaimed rewards. This helps minimize losses and boosts the ROI of our campaigns.
Cons
There are not many integrations with marketing and sales platforms and you will need Zapier to expand your options which comes with an extra cost. So yes I would love to see it grow its integration catalog.

“Big variety of rewards, plus helpful service
Pros
The thing that makes it the best is that any unclaimed rewards are automatically refunded. Overall this is what makes it great.
Cons
It can be a bit annoying to track down the PO I used after receiving a refund.

Pros
We use BHN Rewards for our promotional campaigns especially when we need to encourage customers to make a purchase. Also it is great for motivating customers to leave feedback as it integrates smoothly with SurveyMonkey and Marketo. Overall the platform is user friendly and allows us to track the rewards we distribute.
Cons
Incentives cannot always be given out so their use is limited to certain seasons or markets. This I would say is the main issue of this tool.

Pros
The ease of use, the ability to get refunds for unclaimed rewards and the integration with our survey platform are a few standout features. Plus customer support is quick and responsive. It has also saved us so much time as what used to take hours sending gift cards manually now takes a fraction of that time. BHN Rewards has cut our time by about 75%. Overall it is just a fantastic tool.
Cons
I cannot think of anything I dislike but I would love to see more graphic options for the email that participants receive. Plus the package graphic does not matter much to me.

“Great way to show appreciation quickly
Pros
I love that I can provide gift cards to our global teams something that would be challenging without a platform like BHN Rewards. Plus I can choose from a variety of cards and currencies. And BHN now allows us to schedule rewards which is really useful when sending lunch credits to global teams.
Cons
One challenge with it is that I have to create a completely separate campaign every time I send out a different amount. Also it would be really helpful to choose different amounts within the same campaign.

Pros
The API integration with Qualtrics is one of my favorite features. We can reward survey respondents around the world and their customer support is excellent as they always get back to me quickly.
Cons
Sometimes I have noticed that there is a slight delay before it recognizes surveys created in Qualtrics and occasionally the link to Qualtrics takes a little longer to work.

Cons
The process is quite long and other fees that need to be paid are a bit too much I feel like. Overall these are the few issues that I noticed.

BHN Rewards is the perfect solution for people like me who do not want to waste time shopping around. You choose what you need and send it out, everything is this simple and effective. Also I really like how easy it is to use the site and whenever I have an issue, customer support is quick and efficient to help me out and never feel robotic.
Cons
Personally I am not a big shopper so the many options can feel overwhelming. However I also like the variety as it keeps things fresh each time I use BHN Rewards.
