We've been a BHN Rewards client since it was Rybbon, so this isn't a first-impression complaint — it's a long-term customer watching the quality of support fall off a cliff. In late July, we were introduced to a new client development manager, as we learned these gift cards are counted as promotional cards and only last 3-6 months. Side note: we didn't realize it previously because we used to order smaller amounts of cards. This time, we bought a large amount of cards to get us through the year (because the platform is hard to use - might as well knock it out in one order). Anyway, we asked whether gift cards could be issued with a longer expiration window. She confirmed it was possible but said she needed our proxy/card numbers, then our order #s, then the amounts (all in different emails dragging out over more than 2 weeks). Finally, she responded that there was nothing she could do. I asked her to meet us halfway - we understand we may lose the gift cards that expired, but we'd like to extend the soon-to-expire cards by 6 months at no cost. The response to that was a single line: "You'll have to reach out to Customer service." When we pushed back, we were told that as an "on-demand" client we don't have an assigned account manager and nothing more could be done. A sales manager then stepped in — not to fix anything, but to tell us the cards had expired on our watch and that our frustration wasn't fair, without once acknowledging the weeks we'd spent providing exactly what was asked for. We weren't asking BHN to waive their terms entirely. We asked for a middle ground on a batch of cards that hadn't even expired yet. Instead, we got redirected and blamed. The ordering platform has never been intuitive, but the support team used to make up for it. That's gone now. We're closing our account and taking our business to another platform. Feedback on their platform: when you check out, you can't pay for the tax and shipping. Those are billed as two separate invoices a week or so later. When we came back to pay them, the platform often locked us out for 24 hours because of too much payment activity. Overall, there are much better companies for bulk gift card orders with easier-to-use platforms that understand how to treat customers.

Pros

The thing that makes it the best is that any unclaimed rewards are automatically refunded. Overall this is what makes it great.

Cons

It can be a bit annoying to track down the PO I used after receiving a refund.

BHN Rewards simplifies the process of delivering and tracking these rewards, lets us set expiration dates and allows us to recover any unclaimed rewards. This helps minimize losses and boosts the ROI of our campaigns.

Cons

There are not many integrations with marketing and sales platforms and you will need Zapier to expand your options which comes with an extra cost. So yes I would love to see it grow its integration catalog.
