“Onboarding made easy
Pros
It is easy to break down the onboarding process, ensuring our employees get the right information at the right time. The reminders for both employees and supervisors make it simple to manage everything from start to finish, without needing an external to-do list. And the good thing is that most of the time, new employees give positive feedback like about 95%.
Cons
There are definitely areas where the UI experience could be improved.

“perfect for startups
Pros
I like the free plan they offer. Since my company is still in the startup phase and only has two employees, this is perfect for us.
Cons
It lacks an ATS system and we cannot integrate it with our payroll provider.

“Great for new hires
Pros
This is great for new hires because after they are recruited, they can access the onboarding platform. They can learn about the company, its policies and other key details before their first day so they already have a good idea of where they will be working. Also it helps us come across as more professional and organized.
Cons
I have not run into any issues so far but I'd be really happy if they could add more HR functionalities in the future.

Pros
I enjoyed using this software because it is affordable, customizable and leaves a great first impression on new hires.
Cons
It took me a few days to figure out how to create a learning plan and upload video content. However the support team was incredibly responsive and helpful so I didn't face any real issues in getting things done.

“Mobile-friendly but document updates are slow
Pros
Boardon allows us to share workplace details with new employees even before they officially start. The new hires can access the information directly from their mobile phones and we can track how much information they have received. Also it is easy to use and very user-friendly.
Cons
As the only administrator it takes me quite a bit of time to revise documents and upload new files. Other than that I cannot think of any issues.

Pros
I really like that this software is free. The free version offers a lot of features which makes me want to keep using it as we grow. Though it can be a bit tricky to navigate sometimes but the support team is amazing and always quick to respond which really helps.
Cons
Well I think it would be really useful to be able to view the platform from the users perspective and make changes based on that view.

Pros
Boardon is really easy to use and has a professional look. Once you input your materials and company info, you are good to go. Also it is simple to customize for each new employee. And it saves us time and creates a great first impression for new hires.
Cons
It ticks all the boxes for us and the customer support has been the best. They respond quickly and have even customized the platform to suit our needs. For onboarding and introducing new hires, this system is perfect. As an HR specialist though I am not an IT expert but with this system, I was able to handle everything on my own without needing help from IT.
