“Would totally recommend it”
Pros
Their customer service is definitely their strong suit. It shows in everything from how they manage the platform to the ongoing improvements, helpful insights and thoughtful analysis they bring to the table.
Cons
It's not that I disliked anything but there's always room to make things better. In this case, the analytics could be stronger but I know that's already being worked on, so no big issues from my side.

“Smart & practical tool”
Pros
They've made the whole experience great for our end users. It's easy to customize info in the trails, tweak things as needed and optimize processes. Plus, it gives us a good read on how well people are adapting which helps a lot with planning new ideas.
Cons
I'd love to have more control in certain processes and also see the platform integrated into more of our workflows.
