Pros

It's really easy to use, simple and practical. It's made our day-to-day work way more efficient.

Cons

There should be clearer guidelines when entering teleoperator numbers. A bit more detail would really help in that area.

Pros

I've had a great experience working with the customer success team. They've been responsive and easy to communicate with.

Cons

It would've been helpful if the HR team could upload PDFs directly in the human services section. That's something they've already flagged for improvement, though, so it's on the way.

Pros

They've made the whole experience great for our end users. It's easy to customize info in the trails, tweak things as needed and optimize processes. Plus, it gives us a good read on how well people are adapting which helps a lot with planning new ideas.

Cons

I'd love to have more control in certain processes and also see the platform integrated into more of our workflows.
