I find it very easy to use and simple when adding colleagues for recognition which makes the process quick and enjoyable.
Cons
Sometimes the system just freezes up completely and when it does, I end up losing all my data which is super frustrating. It really needs a fix because that kind of issue makes me nervous about using it for long tasks.

there's nothing positive left to mention anymore. It takes months for employees to receive the money the company already paid upfront through vouchers, absolutely not recommended.
Cons
The company takes the payment upfront and sometimes takes months to process voucher payouts which gets pretty annoying after a while. I think that delay really needs attention.
