Easy to use but some issues

Pros

I find it very easy to use and simple when adding colleagues for recognition which makes the process quick and enjoyable.

Cons

Sometimes the system just freezes up completely and when it does, I end up losing all my data which is super frustrating. It really needs a fix because that kind of issue makes me nervous about using it for long tasks.

Custom rewards based on contribution

Pros

What I like most is being able to recognize peers based on their level of contribution and link it to real rewards using my own points valuation.

Cons

I noticed it's designed mostly for US-based use which makes it tough for me when working with mid sized companies in Europe. It'd be great if it had more flexibility to fit global needs.

Smooth navigation for peer recognition

Pros

The interface feels smooth and simple for me to navigate, especially when giving peer to peer recognition and choosing from various recognition options.

Cons

Feels like there might be a bit of bias in how things work here and sometimes it doesn't seem totally transparent. I would love to see more clarity in how decisions or results are shown.
