Easy to use HR system

Pros

The system is easy to navigate and helps in calculating holidays, with customizable reports to fit your needs.

Cons

If you change an employee's holidays to hours based on their work pattern or make them a variable-hour employee, you can't switch their profile back to days again.

Data & money held hostage

Pros

The app is simple and does what I need it to do, mainly recording annual leave and sending reminders.

Cons

The aggressive sales tactics were frustrating. I didn't appreciate the pushy sales approach or the threats that followed, which they eventually carried out.

Great for managing a large amount of peoples Annual Leave and Toil

Pros

It's a simple tool for requesting and managing employees' annual leave. The ability to add extra time off through toil is also handy, as it clearly shows how much time you have left.

Cons

The platform has so many services that it's easy to get a little lost when trying to find something specific, but overall, it's great.

An Awesome Easy to Use Interface

Pros

The speed and ease of implementing and accessing the system are impressive, especially compared to systems I've used in the past. The onboarding was clear and concise, and as a business owner, it feels like a huge burden has been lifted.

Pros

Navigating through the system is extremely simple, making it a pleasure to use. The layout is intuitive, allowing me to find what I need without any difficulty, which really enhances my overall experience.

Cons

Review after help given.

Pros

Setting it up was simple, and I can monitor all the team's clocking in and out. This has greatly helped in ensuring everyone is on time and managing any overruns.

Cons

I'm still getting the hang of it. I've signed up for the seminars because I don't feel like I'm using it to its full potential. In the first form, I couldn't find our "industry" and ended up choosing the top option. We work in Arboriculture (trees).
