Its simple and easy to use. I haven't had any problems running it. What I appreciate is that with just two taps I'm clocked in or clocked out. The only time it takes longer is when I'm waiting for my internet connection to respond.

Cons

I had no real complaints with it itself, it worked fine for me. My struggle was aligning my hours with the school schedule and having to punch in right at 8:00 am and clock out at 3:30 pm made coordinating things a bit tricky.

We're huge fans of Buddy Punch, it made a really positive difference for our team! Above all, their customer support is some of the best I've come across in years. The system was simple to set up, simple to use and not overly complicated. We also appreciate that it integrates directly with our QuickBooks Desktop.

So far it's been hard to find flaws but if I had to point one out, the report customization options are rather limited compared to what I'd like.

In my current company, we've found the paid time off feature to be especially useful. What's most important to me is that the team has been very simple to work with and consistently accommodating.

To date, I haven't come across a problem that wasn't simple to resolve. If I could request a single enhancement, it would be adding a customizable report writer so I could tailor outputs to our specific needs.

One hiccup I ran into during the school session was that it didn't offer any way for me to submit a request when I missed a punch there was no in-app option to ask for a time correction. I understand edits are controlled by my administrator or their designee, but being able to at least send a change request directly through the app would have been much more convenient than having to email my admin separately every time.
