Cons

Pros
Its really simple and user-friendly. I rarely have trouble locating the features I need. It handles everything our small business requires from simple scheduling and tracking accrued time off to an easy clock-in and clock-out process that employees pick up quickly.
Cons
My main frustration with it is its poor sync with QuickBooks Online when it comes to hours. I end up having to go in and manually adjust overtime entries because the two systems don't transfer overtime and regular hours cleanly. Since we were already using QuickBooks Online for payroll, I didn't want to migrate payroll over to Buddy Punch, so these manual fixes have been an ongoing issue for our payroll workflow.

I appreciate how simple and uncomplicated the system is, it truly feels built with employees needs at the forefront. Hands down, it's the finest platform I've used so far.
Cons
Right now I can't find any drawbacks to the platform, from my experience it's run smoothly without a hiccup. Overall it has operated easily in every aspect.

Processing payroll is so simple now, I can finish payroll in about five minutes and management really values being able to see where everyone is when they're out in the field.
Cons
I can't have two different pay schedules which means I have to run an off-cycle payroll during every pay period for my salaried staff.

At first, the live chat feature was very useful I always felt like someone was there to help me whenever I needed it.
Cons
It often seems like the rep doesn't fully read my question and only replies to part of what I'm asking. I end up having to send a follow-up because only half of my questions get answered the first time.

Honestly the app is simple and easy to use. I have not run into any problems clocking in or out and it keeps my hours accurate. I can also view my time-off balances and track how much PTO I have left.
Cons
One downside is that I need my supervisor to make any edits, I can't change things myself. I'm also unclear about how the message log functions or how to use it to fix any punch errors.

I like how easy it is to access. I can clock in via the app on my phone or at a desktop. So, I don't have to wait for a free computer, I can clock in on my phone.
Cons
Having used this time clock for a little over two years now, I've had no issues. However, I'd like to be able to view my actual paystub rather than just my clock-in and clock-out times in the system.

the interface is very friendly and easy to pick up. Customer support was consistently there whenever I had questions. Because it tracks breaks and precise clock-in/clock-out times, my payroll calculations are much more accurate. What I love most is the digital schedule, I can pull it up quickly on my laptop or from the mobile app.
Cons
The mobile app is missing many features that are only provided on the desktop version, which can be frustrating when I'm away from my computer. I'd really like to see those desktop capabilities rolled into the mobile app down the road so I can do everything on my phone.
