I really appreciate how it congreatates all candidate data in one place, making searches super quick. The flexibility in customizing workflows and automating repetitive tasks saves a lot of manual work and coordination between recruiters and managers feels effortless.
Cons
For someone who's not super tech savvy, I think this tool can feel a little overwhelming at first. The costs climb quickly as the team grows and troubleshooting integration issues sometimes takes too much back and forth. I wish customer support were more proactive and flexible.

“Good System but Too Many Add-Ons”
Pros
It's fairly easy to use and things like job processing work fine. Compared to Vincere, I'd say this one's smoother. The help desk replies pretty fast, though you have to log everything first. Onboarding was fine too, the system has great processes but like any big company, you've got to put in effort yourself. I learned a lot from watching their training videos. After a year, I actually knew more than some of their support staff but to be fair, the team does connect you with senior folks if a problem gets tricky. Overall, it's a decent system from a large company that runs like one.
Cons
I've noticed that while advertising works, adding multiple job listings can get really tedious. Searching for candidates can be frustrating too, sometimes they're in the database but just don't show up. What really bothers me is how often this tool pushes paid "partners" for basic features like messaging or branded CVs. It makes me wonder what exactly we're paying for if the answer to everything is "we have a partner."
