The basics are great. It's super easy to use and I love that I can pull profiles straight from LinkedIn and post a job in just a few clicks. The fact that companies can customize it to fit their branding is a really nice touch.
Cons
That said, it just feels a bit slow and clunky overall. The biggest letdown is the search, it often brings back results that are just plain wrong, which gets frustrating when you're trying to find the right candidate quickly.

Honestly, the only thing I liked was their support, it's great. Everything else about the product just doesn't meet expectations.
Cons
This system feels ancient. They've been losing people to Loxo, which we also switched to and I totally see why. Uploading candidates is painful, nothing integrates smoothly and everything costs extra. Even basic things like email automation and LinkedIn integration don't work properly. There's no AI, no note taking and way too many clicks for simple actions. It's also still one of the most expensive tools out there which really doesn't feel justified.

It's fairly easy to use and things like job processing work fine. Compared to Vincere, I'd say this one's smoother. The help desk replies pretty fast, though you have to log everything first. Onboarding was fine too, the system has great processes but like any big company, you've got to put in effort yourself. I learned a lot from watching their training videos. After a year, I actually knew more than some of their support staff but to be fair, the team does connect you with senior folks if a problem gets tricky. Overall, it's a decent system from a large company that runs like one.
Cons
I've noticed that while advertising works, adding multiple job listings can get really tedious. Searching for candidates can be frustrating too, sometimes they're in the database but just don't show up. What really bothers me is how often this tool pushes paid "partners" for basic features like messaging or branded CVs. It makes me wonder what exactly we're paying for if the answer to everything is "we have a partner."
