Slow and outdated system performance

Pros

The basics are great. It's super easy to use and I love that I can pull profiles straight from LinkedIn and post a job in just a few clicks. The fact that companies can customize it to fit their branding is a really nice touch.

Cons

That said, it just feels a bit slow and clunky overall. The biggest letdown is the search, it often brings back results that are just plain wrong, which gets frustrating when you're trying to find the right candidate quickly.

Poor integration and high cost

Pros

Honestly, the only thing I liked was their support, it's great. Everything else about the product just doesn't meet expectations.

Cons

This system feels ancient. They've been losing people to Loxo, which we also switched to and I totally see why. Uploading candidates is painful, nothing integrates smoothly and everything costs extra. Even basic things like email automation and LinkedIn integration don't work properly. There's no AI, no note taking and way too many clicks for simple actions. It's also still one of the most expensive tools out there which really doesn't feel justified.

Reliable platform

Pros

I've been using this tool for almost a decade and it's been rock great. The workflows are simple, the database is clean and searchable and the customization options are impressive. I like that integrations are simple to set up and some add-ons make the system even better.

Cons

For me some of the outreach tools, like mass emails or bulk messaging, feel old fashioned and lack flexibility.

Flexible system

Pros

What really stands out to me is how flexible it is. The open APIs give a lot of freedom to customize things exactly the way I need.

Cons

It's not really made for temp recruitment or managing shift work which makes it hard for me to use for that purpose.

Pros

It's great for tracking both applicants and clients. The transparency and KPI tracking tools make my work so much easier and I love how easily it connects with third party apps.

Cons

I've noticed that the app loads pretty slowly at times and support responses can take longer than I'd like.

Fast and multitasking friendly crm

Pros

I find it to be an excellent CRM, super fast, smooth and easy to use. Being able to open multiple tabs at once is a lifesaver for multitasking.

Cons

The automatic logout feature can be annoying, it refreshes all the tabs I have open and breaks my flow.

For me, it has been a total game changer. The interface is clean and modern, the automation saves hours and it integrates effortlessly with other tools. Their support team is also genuinely helpful and quick to respond.

Cons

there's not much that stands out for me besides the brand name itself.

Cons

the LinkedIn integration doesn't seem to work at all and our analytics setup wasn't implemented properly by the vendor either.

Cost effective recruitment tool

Pros

It's simple, cost effective and fits our needs perfectly. I like how easy it is to log candidate interactions, merge profiles and customize the setup. It feels far more professional than standard HRIS tools. Plus, the per user pricing is affordable and their support team is top notch.

Cons

Rolling it out took some effort but I'd say it was worth it. The mobile app however feels too basic and viewing CVs within the system can get clunky depending on the format.
