Complex setup with limited support

Pros

What I love most is that it keeps everything centralized. All candidate info sits in one clean database, making it super easy to search and access. The customization options for different workflows are great and the automation for things like resume screening, scheduling and messaging saves a ton of time. Collaboration between recruiters and hiring managers feels smooth and efficient.

Cons

From my experience, the system can be complex, especially if you don't have much technical experience. It's also pricey for startups since it charges per user and troubleshooting integrations can be tough. Data storage feels limited and customer support could be better.

Cons

I like how much automation this tool has. It can send follow ups, schedule posts and even post jobs automatically once you set it up. It's way more complete than a lot of other ATS platforms, especially since it integrates with HR tools and background check systems.

Cons

I've had trouble getting training or help on new features. Some bugs appear when moving candidates through the process which slows me down. Reporting and analytics could also use a big boost.

Poor technical support experience

Pros

Nothing to mention here, I've had a rough experience with this ATS, it's slow and full of technical problems. I feel like no one really listens to client issues or needs, so I definitely wouldn't recommend it. We're already considering switching to another system.

Cons

I've had a terrible experience with their technical support, hands down the worst client service I've ever encountered.
