Pros
Tracking mileage is something I find useful since it helps me keep records although I personally feel it's one of the few strong features I use regularly.
Cons
Customer support has been frustrating for me at times since I've received generic responses that don't always solve the actual issue I report.

“great tool
Pros
The mobile app is something I use often and I find it easy to work with. Support has also been very reliable in my experience and reporting features help me build more accurate reimbursement tracking.
Cons
I would like to see more reporting options available and I also think it would be helpful if different allowance programs could be managed within the same system instead of being separated.

I also like that mileage tracking helps ensure accountability since employees can manage their own travel records more transparently.
Cons
Delays in receiving year-end W2 reports are something I've noticed and I personally feel that payments made in January should reflect in the next year's reporting cycle for better clarity.
