“Exciting demo
Pros
Seeing the Yellowfin demo was genuinely exciting because the features and overall functionality really stood out during the presentation. I appreciated the setup and how customers are now able to create and edit their own landing pages, which should make accessing commonly used items much faster. I also liked the demonstration of how user Roles (Super Admin, Accounting, etc.) can be customized to control exactly what people can and cannot do.
Cons
I am curious about the configurable SSO being available on the front end at no charge now, will someone on the Case IQ side still need to work with our internal IT team here to get everything configured and running smoothly?

“Helpful webinars
Pros
One thing I find most valuable about this software is how timely their webinars are. They directly address what's happening in the world right now and offer practical advice on how to do your job within current constraints. They walk you through real scenarios, for example how to conduct interviews over Zoom or Skype and explain why we need to change the way we present ourselves and handle interactions these days. When I have questions about any webinar topic, their team responds quickly. I've always received prompt, helpful answers whenever I've reached out for support.
Cons
Would like to see additional content that covers the actual applications criminal intelligence officers are using today. Specifically, offering webinars or modules on tools like i2 and ArcGIS would be extremely helpful, as I want training that teaches how to use those platforms in real investigative work.

Pros
A major strength is how easily it can be adjusted to our existing business workflows and procedures. From day one we were able to create a customized instance of the system that mirrors our own processes and addresses our specific needs.
Cons
While I appreciate the strong customization, there are still several features I wanted that support told me weren't available at this time. For example, I had hoped we could open and edit documents inside the browser and automatically generate PDFs from template designs but those capabilities weren't offered.

“Lets us add a lot of information
Pros
We've been really impressed by how much detail we can include with every case by using the initial case-opening screen along with the Files, Product and Root Cause/Corrective Action modules. Being able to capture that depth of information has made resolving issues much easier and this software has replaced the way we used to record and track details needed to close complaints.
Cons
I haven't found the reporting features useful so far. They don't provide the insights or practical summaries I expected yet.

“Adapted well to our needs
Pros
I have had customized to precisely handle our file tracking needs. After the software was configured for our specific requirements, it took our team some time to figure out which fields to add so the system would work for us. Now that the software is functioning to meet those needs, I think it's great. It's very easy to use and understand.
Cons
In our customized setup, the screens don't offer a link to jump to the previous or next record so we have to rely on the browser's back button. I wish this were a built-in standard feature because it would be a handy addition.

I use this software to record HR incident reports, capturing how notifications were made, which parties were involved when known, the investigation process and outcomes. I can also upload any relevant documents tied to the investigation or the actions taken afterward.
Cons
When I tried to locate past investigation records, it proved difficult because results relied heavily on the specific fields and keywords the original investigator entered, which meant I struggled to review how similar situations were handled previously and found it hard to extract case-specific information needed for internal audits or regulatory requests in a timely manner for compliance checks.

“Useful for handling incidents
Pros
It is primarily built around incident report management. In my role as a supply chain specialist I also handle customer feedback and the follow-up responses. When we have incidents involving our products, it's incredibly valuable to be able to record all the details about the event and maintain a clear log for future reference and analysis. I find it genuinely helpful for handling incidents and honestly think it's the kind of software every company should have.
Cons
The functionality is quite narrow and limited right now. I'm hoping they add more practical features in future updates.

Pros
I find it simple to input data. There are a ton of built-in features and runnable reports. I also appreciate how easy it is for an admin like me to add or modify fields.
Cons
Sometimes the program feels slower than I'd like.

Pros
Appreciate that there's live support available 24/7 for users. It integrates easily with most platforms like Android and Windows. The pricing is also reasonable.
Cons
When the systems crash, I notice the whole software goes offline too. That makes it really difficult for me to follow up on filed complaints effectively.
