“Top software in the market!
Pros
It is super easy to use and it takes care of everything we need like tracking when employees are out sick or on vacation, organizing data and paperwork and generating reports.
Cons
It can get a little slow at times and buffers now and then.

“Love the badge recognition and personal reminders
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about this platform is how it lets me recognize coworkers with all kinds of badges and reasons that truly highlight the work they put in. It's a nice way to give credit for the smaller things that usually slip under the radar. The birthday and work anniversary reminders are also something I enjoy because they add a more personal touch and make the workplace feel a lot more connected.
Cons
The part that gets frustrating is having to sign in every single time I want to use it, whether I'm opening it in Teams, in a browser, or on the mobile app. That constant login process is pretty annoying and definitely breaks up the flow.

“plenty of rewarding choices
Pros
It really keeps me engaged in many different ways. There are many ways to redeem points. There are lots of options to pick from which makes the whole experience feel fresh and interesting instead of repetitive. I really appreciate that it's not the same choices over and over again.
Cons
Sending recognition to coworkers can be a little awkward at times. It feels like the process could be more easy especially when you want to quickly give someone credit for their hard work.

Pros
Such a simple but really effective way to show someone I appreciate the hard work they put in. I love that the whole program is centered around spreading positivity and it genuinely helps bring the team closer together. It's a nice way to show support while also making sure everyone gets recognized for the effort they contribute.
Cons
honestly haven't run into any problems with the program. Everything has been working well for me and I've been using it for quite a while now.

Pros
this tool felt very simple to use and moving between different pages is simple and easy. It's very user-friendly, so even new employees joining the company can learn it quickly without much trouble. The customer support has also been excellent. Another big plus is the wide range of options for recognizing someone which makes it really simple to show people how much they're appreciated. On top of that, it fits naturally into our workplace culture, so using it never feels forced.
Cons
really don't have any complaints. Everything has been very simple to use and the design looks fantastic.

Pros
Getting acknowledged for doing good work feels really rewarding. It's nice to know the effort you put in is actually being noticed and being rewarded on top of that makes it even better. It really feels like the perfect bonus after all the hard work.

One thing I really enjoy about this platform is how simple it is to highlight when someone goes above and beyond. It's a thoughtful way to show appreciation and make people feel valued. Whether someone puts in extra effort on a project or steps in to help a coworker, it's a small gesture that can have a big impact.
Cons
It would be even better if there were notifications for comments added to posts I've already commented on. That would make it much easier to stay on top of conversations and any follow-up replies.

“love the shout-out feature
Pros
Being able to recognize other people is easily one of my favorite things about this platform. It's genuinely really rewarding. I truly enjoy giving shout-outs to teammates for all the amazing work they do. It feels really good and it's also nice knowing that kind of appreciation means something to others too.
Cons
Running out of points is really frustrating and it takes away from the overall experience quite a bit. That part is definitely something I dislike a lot.

it is perfect to be able to recognize not just my peers but also people above and below me in the organization. It helps create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels acknowledged regardless of their role and that really lifts morale across the company.
Cons
The downside is that notifications don't always come through on time and finding a specific employee can sometimes be frustrating. It becomes inconvenient especially when I need to recognize someone quickly.

One feature I really appreciate is that the platform automatically creates certificates as soon as recognition is posted. It's incredibly convenient, saves me time and makes the whole process feel more official. It may seem like a small detail but it makes a noticeable difference in how I share recognition with others.

honestly, the support team is awesome! They're always there when I need them and respond quickly. It's easy to use and covers everything you could ask for. I especially love how I can customize my homepage and filters to make it feel like it's tailored to our business.
Cons
I've only run into a few minor issues, just small quirks and some features that aren't obvious at first. But once someone points you in the right direction, it's easy to figure out. Plus, the support team is always there to help if you get stuck.

“top-notch customer support with great features
Pros
The software offers so many functions that work well across all areas of our business. Managing data and communicating with employees and managers has never been easier. What really sets it apart for me is the customer service, whenever I need help, there's always someone available to solve my problems fast.
Cons
It's difficult to use especially when you're trying to use the admin features. It's modular, which can be overwhelming at first. The biggest downside for me though, is how outdated the interface looks. It feels like it hasn't been updated in years. A fresh, modern design would make a world of difference.

“Excellent solution with amazing support
Pros
It's very user friendly, whether you're an admin or just a regular user. The dashboards look clean and customizable. Setting up the modules we use like People, Absence and Performance was a top notch and rolling them out to staff went smoothly. There are so many useful features that I love. The analytics suite gives detailed reports with advanced search options, the document system lets you create and merge templates for staff, Outlook integration works well for holidays and appointments and the performance review process tracks everything from appraisals to goals. The team at Cezanne is amazing, Jo Hill handled our initial sales perfectly, Rouen Rizotto led our implementation with expertise and the support team is always quick to respond with clear, friendly help.
Cons
I can't really say I dislike it but there are a few small improvements I'd love to see. For example, being able to edit merged documents instead of having to start over when something's off or not having to end the whole process just to modify a form. But honestly, these are very minor complaints.

“great timesheet and support but slow modules
Pros
I really appreciate how flexible it is with different holiday plans and work schedules. The support team is great, always getting back to me quickly and there's loads of helpful info in their support portal. The timesheet functionality is spot-on and you can set up different plans based on your process flows. I also love the kudos feature. Having both an app and desktop version makes it really convenient and employees find it easy to use.
Cons
The reporting feels a bit all over the place since reports and analytics aren't all in one place but you get used to it. Rolling out new modules takes longer than I'd like, there's usually a few weeks between approval and actually starting. I also think there could be better guidance on the system's features like some quick "did you know?" videos that show users how to set up things we might not be using yet.
