“easy implementation but struggles with growth
Pros
I've been really impressed with how easily this tool integrates with our existing software. The implementation was much smoother than I expected and the interface is pretty intuitive when it comes to managing ticket workflows. It's helped streamline my daily operations a lot. What really stood out was how quickly we could get everything up and running and the compatibility with our CRM and project management tools was flawless.
Cons
Their customer support is kind of inconsistent. When something goes wrong, it doesn't always get fixed quickly, which messes up our workflow. The platform also feels limited compared to other options. It struggles to keep up with our growing needs and doesn't have the advanced features we want.

“Boosted our IT management but poor support
Pros
I love how this tool has simplified our change management process. The templates and interface are easy to use which has really improved how we handle things. The sync with our ticketing system went off without a hitch and has made our daily operations run so much smoother. We use it all the time now for processing change requests and approvals. It's so customizable, which makes it a perfect fit for our needs and boosts our team's efficiency.
Cons
for me, the support team is a huge issue. When we have serious problems, it takes forever to get a response or the solutions don't work. We've had a lot of downtime and frustration because the support is slow which has really hurt our productivity.

“Excellent software for dealership management
Pros
The admin side has been a piece of cake. Setting up workflows doesn't require any special technical skills and since all the modules follow the same layout, I spend way less time figuring out where everything is when I'm configuring the system.
Cons
The maintenance windows are fine if you're in the Eastern time zone but it's a pain for the rest of us. Setting up automations can be tricky especially when you need variables. It's not as easy as it should be but it's still better than using SCSM.

“Best tool for NERC CIP compliance tracking
Pros
Setting everything up was simple and the support team was awesome the whole way through. It also gives us all the audit records we need for CIP audit tracking and documentation, which is a huge plus.
Cons
i feel like documentation isn't easy to follow but it's not that big of a deal.

Pros
For me, the customizable forms and approval workflows have been really helpful for our processes. I also appreciate how easy the design is to use. honestly, we didn't need much training to get everyone using it.
Cons
tbh, the price hike really surprised me. When they switched to a subscription model, our costs went up by 35%, which was a big shock.

I find it really easy to use and manage. The customization options are great and the modules come with useful templates and workflows that save us time. The reporting views make it easy to export data when we need it and the email connectors keep everything up to date by automatically updating tickets.
Cons
Customizing the task modules has been hard for me. I also wish the exported views had links to the tickets, which would make things way easier.
