“Frustrating platform with poor service

With some practice, I can easily capture all the information I need and download reports without difficulty.

Cons

Using it hasn't been easy because the platform isn't user friendly and requires learning codes just to navigate. Reporting manually adds to the frustration and I've even found customer service rude at times.
