With some practice, I can easily capture all the information I need and download reports without difficulty.
Cons
Using it hasn't been easy because the platform isn't user friendly and requires learning codes just to navigate. Reporting manually adds to the frustration and I've even found customer service rude at times.

What I really appreciate about this platform are its complete HR management tools. It gives me one place to manage employee data, payroll and leave. The reporting and analytics offer insights that support better decisions, while the customizable workflows make processes more efficient for our needs.
Cons
While the software has strong features, setup and implementation took a lot of coordination and time on my end. It can feel overwhelming at first and support doesn't always respond quickly enough when I need help.
