Overall the system does what we need it to do. There are definitely some areas that need improvement, but it covers the basics well.

Sometimes the Customer service can be tough to reach, but once you do, they're able to resolve issues.

The GPS location often didn't work properly, and the route tracking was inaccurate and illogical. It would show employees going in circles or taking paths they clearly didn't follow.

Our security agency has been using Chronotek for about a year, and for the most part, it does exactly what we need.

I know I said its perfect but still gave it 3 stars but here's why: My biggest issue with the system is that it's not very mobile-friendly and doesn't have a smartphone app. As the owner, when I try logging in from my iPhone browser, the pages don't load properly and the features are limited compared to when I use my office computer. For a product marketed as "mobile," it's surprising that it doesn't have a fully functional app for my phone. Since I spend most of my time out in the field, having a system that's fully compatible with my phone would make life much easier. Wouldn't that be a priority for all users?

It plays a crucial role in keeping our agency operations smooth and ensuring our patients receive the care they deserve. It promptly identifies potential issues and provides us with an added layer of security by notifying us of any problems.

Absolutely nothing to complain about! :)
