Our security agency has been using Chronotek for about a year, and for the most part, it does exactly what we need.
Cons
I know I said its perfect but still gave it 3 stars but here's why: My biggest issue with the system is that it's not very mobile-friendly and doesn't have a smartphone app. As the owner, when I try logging in from my iPhone browser, the pages don't load properly and the features are limited compared to when I use my office computer. For a product marketed as "mobile," it's surprising that it doesn't have a fully functional app for my phone. Since I spend most of my time out in the field, having a system that's fully compatible with my phone would make life much easier. Wouldn't that be a priority for all users?
