Automated compliance HR platform

Pros

Using CIC+ has saved me a lot of time and really improved how I manage HR tasks day to day. I don't have to worry as much about compliance because it keeps me updated on regulatory changes which gives me peace of mind. The integration works smoothly for me and I get daily notifications that help me catch anything that was missed so nothing slips through the cracks. A big advantage for me is that employees can handle their own updates through self-service which reduces manual work on my side and makes them more responsible for their own information. I also find the team easy to work with and whenever I need help, there are always people available. Communication is consistent and I get updates about changes along with check-ins to make sure everything is running properly.

Cons

I don't really have anything to dislike about this product or service and in my experience it has worked exactly as expected while saving time for both employees and our payroll team.

Positive partnership system

Pros

Overall, my experience has been very positive, both as a regular user and someone with more admin access. The system works well for me and is simple to operate and working with the team has been genuinely easy. I've needed flexibility at times and they've always adjusted when possible. I also notice they actively ask for feedback and try to improve based on it which makes it feel like a real working partnership rather than just a service.

Cons

From my side, I'm still looking for something I don't like but nothing major has come up so far. One thing I would personally improve is error reporting during file uploads so issues are shown before submission instead of after, even though support is quick to help when needed.
