“Easy setup & smooth integration

Pros

I really like how easy it is to use especially when it comes to generating reports, searching for candidates, clients and orders and handling other new hire and financial reports we need all the time. Setting it up and integrating it with other parts of our business was so smooth.

Cons

The support could definitely be better. They tend to push you toward using companies they are partnered with and if you don't go along with that, integration can be a bit of a headache.

“User friendly and easy from start

Pros

Love that the software is so user friendly. It runs smoothly from staffing to payroll and it also helps me keep track of what employees are doing and where they need to be.

Cons

I wish it was easier to send text messages and emails. Having to go through another program makes it feel a little clunky and not as easy as it could be.
