“Hidden test cases block learning

Pros

I was invited to take an online test on this platform and I really liked the practice problems they provide. They come with detailed explanations and the test cases for each problem are very diverse.

Cons

When I solve a problem, I only see simple test cases at first and after submission it runs hidden ones. I can't view those later which makes it hard for me to learn from mistakes.

Sometimes the layout isn't very user friendly for me, since the task and results sit side by side. I would prefer a better live coding view and maybe a whiteboard for collaboration during interviews.

For me the main downside is that, the platform is focused on technical skills. It doesn't do much for assessing soft skills.

One of the best things I like is that for the monthly plan, there's no limit to the number of candidates you can add for assessments, unlike other platforms where you only get a maximum of 30 slots. This tool is super easy to set up and really user friendly.

I'd prefer if there was an offline mode. Since it depends completely on the internet, some users can't enjoy all the features. Also, if tests were optionally timed, developers would have a better chance to finish without pressure.

It's easy to use and I can always find any old questions easily since they're listed right next to each other. I can also reconnect and start my test again if the time has already expired. The test questions have a longer resolution period, so within 1-2 months, anyone can come back, solve the problems and earn certificates for solving them.

Sometimes I have to rely on my own computer setup before adding code to this tool because it doesn't have features like autocomplete and I end up making my own test cases which takes extra time.
