Pros
Staying updated on compliance matters is something I find very valuable and it keeps me and my organization aligned with current requirements.
Cons
The only thing I would personally like improved is the frequency of email updates, since I feel more regular updates would help me stay more informed.

“Legal leave tracking tool!
Pros
Handling state leave information is especially helpful for me since I can access legal updates directly without checking multiple sources each time and it even reminds me to consider related benefits during processing.
Cons
From my side, I rely on the system for eligibility and designation notices and when it goes down, I have to wait or manually handle things which creates some disruption in my workflow.
