Strong HR compliance

Pros

Staying updated on compliance matters is something I find very valuable and it keeps me and my organization aligned with current requirements.

Cons

The only thing I would personally like improved is the frequency of email updates, since I feel more regular updates would help me stay more informed.

Easy HR update system

Pros

Getting daily updates and notices is something I rely on and they help me stay informed without having to search for information manually.

Cons

Legal leave tracking tool!

Pros

Handling state leave information is especially helpful for me since I can access legal updates directly without checking multiple sources each time and it even reminds me to consider related benefits during processing.

Cons

From my side, I rely on the system for eligibility and designation notices and when it goes down, I have to wait or manually handle things which creates some disruption in my workflow.
