User-friendly but manual uploads remain

Pros

As a manager and HR user, I find the interface very user friendly and easy to use. Also I like the helpful reporting and analytics, live budget tracking, digitized letters and the extremely supportive external partner. So yes big thanks to Aarti.

Cons

We ran into a few issues during the pilot. I still have to upload data manually, which takes time connecting to our other systems would really help. The platform also isn't fully ready for URC-specific processes. Some merit workflows weren't supported, and we had smaller issues with decimal places and process flow.

Innovative tool and great support

Pros

I really like how innovative it is and how helpful the customer support team is and I found rolling it out to be pretty easy.

Cons

It is missing several cooperating modules. Such as things like AOP, variable pay functionality and ESOP support are not available.

Digital merit process executed well

Pros

The digital version of our annual merit increase process is really good.

Clear team budget allocation view

Pros

One thing I like is that I can clearly see the overall team budget allocation and how funds are distributed across the group.

Cons

It sets a clear limit on the percentage values it suggests, which I think is not ideal.
