“Helpful merit cycle
Pros
It's been very helpful for our 2024 merit cycle, all thanks to its easy to use interface, flexible rule settings, smooth communication tools and quick customer support.
Cons
Nothing major but I wish the platform offered more detailed settings at the client level, so we could better customize features for each customer.

Pros
Overall my experience was positive. The Compport team supported me at every stage.
Cons
It would be great if they were more flexible when updating certain fields like the % signs in headers and on amounts because right now it creates extra work. For report customization, admins should have access to all fields, while other users should have controlled access. Also the tool does not have online currency conversion rates.

“Flexible rules with advanced analytics
Pros
I really value how flexible it is for building rules and logic. I also find it reliable to map fields, connect to our HRMS and pull detailed analytics reports. The advanced letter-generation capability is a big plus and I have been impressed with the implementation process and the customer support.
Cons
Implementing the compensation and benefits module can be tricky because it's quite complex. So whoever is responsible on the client side should have a deep understanding of all compensation and benefits areas to manage them properly.

Pros
The entire team is incredibly supportive as they always prioritize resolving fixes for clients issues as soon as possible.
Cons
I feel like it would be helpful if they provided customized reports based on clients requirements and also an option for handling specific enhancements or modifications that aren't part of the standard workflow.

Pros
We have now completed three annual review cycles with Compport and every experience has been positive. As the platform is flexible and has some of the strongest analytics tools I have seen. And the support especially from our partner, Sushant has been exceptional and unmatched. What I appreciate most is their consistent, can-do attitude toward every challenge or new request we bring. Also it is easy to use and both our compensation partner and the Compport team made the transition smooth and problem-free.
Cons
There is always room to improve and the team keeps pushing for that. Plus I feel like making the rule-creation flow a bit simpler to navigate would be incredibly helpful for first-time users.

It's a very user-friendly compensation tool. I really like its clean interface and how flexible the system is. Also it makes it easy to customize compensation plans for both my needs and my organization's and I am especially impressed by the consultant support as they have been consistently helpful and great to work with.
Cons
Occasionally, I have noticed that tech support can take much longer than I'd expect to resolve my queries which can be frustrating when I need a quick fix.

It is an excellent digital system that simplifies and automates our compensation workflows such as annual raises and off-cycle salary changes. All that led to better efficiency, accuracy and an overall improved experience for employees, HR partners and managers.

Pros
Since we switched to Compport, it's taken over the tasks we used to do in Excel and it's made our performance management far more organized. Also now it is simple to review records and to pull down data whenever needed, which has been a big help for our compliance requirements. On top of that, customer support from Aarti Lakhani has been excellent as she's always available and willing to assist whenever we reach out.
Cons
At times I notice slow loading times that cause performance problems.

Pros
What I like about this tool is how customizable it is as it simplifies our compensation planning, saves a lot of time and reduces manual work, thanks to the many setup options. Plus its ability to define a wide range of rules fits our needs perfectly, so I think it's an excellent choice.
Cons
I am not saying it's bad but I would like to see the UI be more flexible. For example, letting customers rename tiles and adjust layouts so labels match our internal terminology. It would also help if admin role permissions were easier to manage and a compact, dedicated auditing-report view would be a useful addition.

Compport has made managing total rewards much more efficient and effective. It also gives employees clearer visibility into the details of their own compensation packages.
Cons
As a newcomer, I notice the interface a bit difficult to navigate at times, so new users may struggle getting used to the system initially.

We were able to fully automate a compensation process that used to be completely manual saving us a lot of time and frustration. It also gave our leadership a clear, unified view in one place making approvals and oversight much easier. Also the support team and our customer success manager were always helpful and hands-on, guiding us through the whole process so everything ran very smoothly.
Cons
I have not had a chance to test the integration side of things yet because our implementation timeline for the H1 cycle was too tight, so we focused on getting the core rollout completed.

As someone who uses Compport regularly, I find it simple and very user-friendly. It also offers a wide range of customizable analytics which I have found very helpful for my work in Total Rewards and when planning compensation as a manager.
Cons
One small issue is that setting up just one plan or rule can take some time. Still, I understand that's not really a flaw as the extra setup is due to how many features and options the platform offers.

We completed our initial cycle on Compport and it went off without a hitch. And overall the platform felt user friendly. Also it is packed with useful features for admins and regular staff alike.
Cons
My only issue was that the entire approver list is shown on one screen which made it harder to tell individual approvers apart.
