My payroll team finds this tool simple to use and it meets all our expectations effectively.

Cons

The software is only used by my administrative staff, while the rest of my team doesn't really see its value.

Pros

I appreciate having a portal where most of our HR information is consolidated and easily accessible in one place.

Cons

I don't use it daily, more like once a month. That's not necessarily bad but I think it feels like it could serve better as a comprehensive hub for corporate alignment.
