One thing I really enjoy is being able to earn points and redeem them for different rewards. It's even better that the points never expire and the app is very user-friendly overall.

I honestly don't have anything I dislike about it. If I could ask for one improvement, it would be to add more merchants like Pandora, Foot Locker, Nike and others.

Being able to recognize people across the entire organization and attach redeemable points makes the appreciation feel genuinely worthwhile. If someone in IT jumps in fast and fixes an issue that could have caused downtime, I can reward them right away. It also works really well for recognizing teammates who are consistently going above and beyond.

In a large company, there are a lot of awards coming through every day. It would be much better if profiles had a filter so I could choose which ones to see and focus more on the recognition that feels most relevant to me.

Seeing coworkers get recognized, engaging with everyone's posts and using the filters to narrow down redeemable options for the tool points all make this platform really enjoyable to use.

The only problem I've run into is that the shortcut buttons along the side of the screen don't format properly unless the browser window is fully maximized.

this tool has been really enjoyable because its recognition process is fast and I usually receive my rewards by the very next day after getting recognized. That keeps me motivated to work harder every day. The customer support team is also quick to reach and responds on time whenever we run into any issues which makes a big difference since I use it daily. It also gives me a good way to recognize others for their hard work and makes it easier to share ideas and suggestions. In the end, it brings everyone in my organization together on one recognition platform.

To be able to send shoutouts and kudos to teammates across the state is one of my favorite parts of this platform and getting that recognition back from others makes it even better. I also really appreciate that the more active and engaged we are, the more points we earn. I usually redeem those points for Amazon gift cards which basically turns into money for things I was already planning to buy anyway.
