“reward points that never expire!!!”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy is being able to earn points and redeem them for different rewards. It's even better that the points never expire and the app is very user-friendly overall.
Cons
I honestly don't have anything I dislike about it. If I could ask for one improvement, it would be to add more merchants like Pandora, Foot Locker, Nike and others.

Cons
The only problem I've run into is that the shortcut buttons along the side of the screen don't format properly unless the browser window is fully maximized.

If someone in IT jumps in fast and fixes an issue that could have caused downtime, I can reward them right away. It also works really well for recognizing teammates who are consistently going above and beyond.
Cons
In a large company, there are a lot of awards coming through every day. It would be much better if profiles had a filter so I could choose which ones to see and focus more on the recognition that feels most relevant to me.
