“Integrated and client friendly system”
Pros
I really like how integrated the system is. It brings together many HR processes in one place, is very easy to use and even our clients appreciate its simplicity.
Cons
The configuration process feels frustratingly limited to me. Many features can't be renamed or adjusted and setting things up manually takes too many clicks. As an admin, I struggle with the lack of bulk upload options and customer support feels slow to respond.

“All in one learning integration”
Pros
Having an all in one system that connects with Microsoft Viva Teams is a huge plus. I can easily link all learning materials from Cornerstone LMS directly into Teams which makes training smoother.
Cons
I find it a powerful system overall but I needed outside help from a consultant to properly configure and adjust it to fit my setup.

“Growth and engagement focused tools”
Pros
It's great that it provides features for growth, engagement and document management. I especially value the OKR and goal setting tools and how easily I can access employee information and apply for leave.
Cons
It doesn't feel very beginner friendly to me and the lack of proper documentation from management makes things harder. The workflow isn't very simple yet, so I think smoother navigation and quicker operations would really help.

“Incorrect setup caused performance issues”
Pros
The evaluation setup makes it easy to motivate employees and involve the right people for approvals and raises. The badges feature is my favorite, it makes recognition fun and engaging.
Cons
It never really worked the way I expected. From what I've seen, it seems the setup was done incorrectly by our organization rather than this tool itself which caused several errors that had to be fixed later.

This software, along with ADP, helps me maintain better control over HR functions. It's simple to use and their support team is always available when needed.
Cons
From my experience, the software feels complex at first but that's true for most HRIS systems. Once everything is set up and running, it performs well. I'm currently using a trial version to explore its features.

I really appreciate how customizable it is. I can create templates that fit my organization's needs and while it's not flawless, the flexibility made a big difference during our setup phase.
Cons
I found the customer support experience disappointing. Reaching representatives was difficult, cases took too long to resolve and sometimes responses didn't align with their service level agreements. Even the community page felt confusing and unhelpful.
