Great tool for hiring needs

Pros

Using this software has been super smooth for me. it's simple and makes sense right away. I like how it helps keep the whole organization on the same page and working toward the same goals.

Cons

I really think they could boost the overall strength of the platform. It works fine but I'd love to see more features added and it just feels like there's room for more functionality.

Something fresh and actually useful

Pros

This has been a big help for our team. It's made internal communication a lot better and helped us spot problems early before they turn into major issues. Very helpful tool overall.

Cons

We honestly haven't found any real downsides with the software. The only thing we've had to work on is getting our own people to adopt it and shift to a more modern way of thinking. It's definitely been worth pushing through that.

Really improved how we work together

Pros

It's really pushes me to keep communication open all the time. It's great because it's not just about checking on work stuff and we've been able to have real conversations about how people are doing personally too. Now we have more check-ins instead of just waiting for those once-a-year talks. Honestly, all the extra communication has really helped us build stronger connections as a team.

Cons

Anything that didn't quite work out for us was minor and the team fixed things really fast whenever we pointed them out. They've been awesome that way.

Was hesitant at first but worth it

Pros

I love how this keeps the team talking and keeps all our conversations in one place. It's nice not having to jump between a million tools just to follow up.

Cons

I'll admit, I didn't fully get how it worked at the beginning (maybe that's on me!) but now that I understand how the system thinks and flows, I really like it. It's a solid tool once you get the hang of it.

Awesome for keeping the team on track

Pros

It is easy to use and makes leading a team feel more organized. The layout is clean and helps us stay on track with both personal and team growth. That new "snapshot" feature has replaced our old weekly reports and it gives me a clear view of what's going on with my team and lets us highlight wins that might've been missed before. We use it during our weekly catch-ups and it's made those meetings way more productive. Also, the tech support is quick to respond and actually listens to feedback which I really appreciate.

Cons

One thing that bugs me is that there's no way to integrate it with Google Calendar. Also, I wish we could set up recurring one-on-one meetings that would really help.

Top notch tool for leading teams

Pros

This is simple tool that talks in everyday language which I love. It encourages real-time, honest feedback and helps us work better together. It cuts out the guesswork and just makes collaboration smoother.

Cons

I've found it tough to build new habits, especially when it comes to giving real-time feedback. With Crewmojo, you've got to keep it in mind and use it consistently to really get the full benefit. I think our organization still needs to shake off the old "set and forget" mindset when it comes to performance reviews.

Helps with managing goals

Pros

It's user friendly and it helps align the whole team around clear, measurable goals. Managing performance is way simpler and more consistent now. The support team is awesome too and everyone seems happy using it which says a lot.

Cons

So far, I haven't run into anything that's really been an issue. Whenever I bring something up, the team jumps on it and fixes or improves it right away. That kind of responsiveness goes a long way.

Works better than expected

Pros

I've found the format super simple and easy to get into. It covers all the basics we need for daily and weekly team leadership, plus long term stuff too. My team got on board really fast and they've even started recommending it to others. The feedback feature and "mojoscore" have really helped boost engagement and people are more open and supportive with each other now. That new "snapshot" tool has changed our team meetings completely. It takes like 5 minutes to fill out and now our meetings are more focused and everyone contributes more. The "1 on 1" meeting tool is another great addition and it makes personal check ins easy and effective. I like how both sides can prep the agenda.

Cons

In the beginning, there weren't a ton of features and a few things were clunky and not super easy to use. But the tool support team took our feedback seriously and rolled out a bunch of upgrades that made a big difference. As someone in a large organization, I'd love to see a way to connect it with our annual performance review system so we're not juggling separate tools but I get that's tricky with all the different systems out there. We're on Workday, so I know it's not a simple fix.
