Pros
I've found this platform incredibly useful for evaluating prospective hires thoroughly. It gives me clear, structured insight into their skills and competencies which helps me confirm they genuinely meet the role's requirements before I ever extend a job offer. It adds a layer of confidence to the hiring process that takes a lot of the guesswork out of the decision.
Cons
Overall I pretty much liked the tool and didn't face any real problems while using it. The only drawback I can think of is that someone who isn't comfortable with computers might struggle with it.

With Criteria I've gotten detailed visibility into candidates' quantitative and qualitative strengths and weaknesses. Those insights have transformed our hiring process.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of anything negative. What I do wish is that I had enough bandwidth to explore every feature and I'm eager for the day I can.

I really appreciated the way that in one single place I was able to access several useful tools for staff selection from posting the job and screening applicants to scheduling interviews and reviewing assessments. Having everything integrated saved me so much time switching between platforms and kept the whole hiring workflow organized and efficient.
Cons
At times I found the instructions a bit complicated for the candidates to understand.

We find this platform amazing for sending assessments and evaluating candidates.. it really simplifies the whole process for us.
Cons
Occasionally I share a link intended for one particular assessment but the candidate ends up getting a different evaluation instead.

Pros
For our team Criteria gives an honest simple look at how a candidate reasons and behaves across different situations. I find its analytical and logical assessments offer a clear, no-nonsense picture of an individual's real capabilities rather than surface-level impressions. Because we operate in an ops-heavy environment having people who are fast-moving and adaptable is crucial and it has consistently been able to meet that need.
Cons
I don't have any negatives to report that have hindered our ability to bring in the best candidates.

Pros
I was able to set it up quickly and start using it immediately. The evaluations are spot-on and simple to put into practice. Their customer service is outstanding and they respond promptly when I have questions.
Cons
For smaller businesses I know it can seem like a pricier option than they're ready to commit to. I still think it's worth every cent but I understand why some tiny firms struggle to justify the expense.

For me writing notes isn't visually appealing. It lets me input the information but offers no formatting and communication between team members on the platform isn't great.

One thing I really appreciate about it is how user-friendly the interface feels and how smooth the overall user experience is. Because it offers such a broad selection of pre-employment assessments, I can make hiring choices that are more objective and backed by data. The in-depth analytics and reports give me useful visibility into applicants' skills which helps me spot the strongest candidates more quickly.
Cons
A point I'd like to see improved is the ability to customize assessments more deeply. While the platform has a solid variety of tests, I wish there was greater flexibility to adjust them to particular job roles so they felt more effective. I've also noticed that some tests take longer to finish than I expect which can lower candidate engagement.

When I screen candidates it helps me select people who show up with the actual skills needed to carry out the key responsibilities of the position.
Cons
An assessment is useful for filtering out candidates who clearly lack the minimum qualifications but it doesn't capture the candidate's full abilities or potential.
