“Very user friendly and well organized tool

Pros

My favorite thing about it is how user friendly and well-organized the software is. It has a clear, easy to understand layout that makes finding your way around simple and its efficient features make handling HR duties much smoother. Everything feels logical, which saves time and makes things less complicated for users.

Cons

I feel like the interface and user experience could be more lively and up to date. And while the design works, it still needs improvements. Such as adding more interactive elements or a more modern look could improve the experience, making it feel more engaging and attractive.

The attendance tracking features are fantastic. The software simplifies employee recognition and scheduling, and it also includes HR and onboarding functionalities.

It captures detailed processes and follows them precisely. It is also good for growing companies. Plus when I used it, the Darwinbox team was flexible and open to customizing features.

The setup process is complicated. Also the system is not very agile, meaning once we configure it, there is little flexibility to change the process later.

I find it a very simple tool to add to our existing systems and to teach our staff how to use for their daily tasks and needs.

It can be a bit more expensive than other similar options on the market.

“dependable attendance and payroll tools

Pros

Darwinbox's system for marking and tracking attendance is very dependable because it records the employee's location coordinates and works on the mobile app too. Also managing payroll and working with team members on incentive payments is much easier to oversee which keeps everything clear at every step.

Cons

Setting and tracking goals is somewhat difficult because we have to manually update performance at set times and we can't go back and add achievements from past periods.

Its easy to use, has a clean layout, is simple for employees to learn, offers a huge number of features and to me the attendance and leave dashboard is the best part.

Cons

I feel like the main dashboard could be improved further as many companies in the industry provide all key information on a single page.

It seems like a very good application to me because it has a great variety of tools in its interface.

Well I think the desktop version should be improved to generate better performance.

Darwinbox is very easy to learn and it does not even cost much. Plus the user-friendly interface and a huge number of functions, even for mobile makes it even better.

The only drawback is I noticed is that everyone has access to company or organizational details.

What I liked most about the PMS is how easily we can add and remove KRAs and KPIs.

Its attendance system is very precise. We can keep ourselves updated with what's happening in the organization through its employee management features. Options like leave, travel and medical expenses are also easy to access.

The mobile user interface is slow and needs to get better. The search/indexing function could also be improved.

There are several positive aspects to DarwinBox. Such as It has a good mobile app, it can be customized, plus marking attendance and requesting time off is extremely simple.

One thing I think is the worst is that anyone in the organization can access anyone else's details. For example my phone number is visible to people I don't want to have it.

“desktop version needs improvements

Pros

Darwinbox is very easy to use. I mean even a new employee can start using it on their very first day. I use this app in my company to update my attendance, apply for leave, approve leave etc. Plus it also helps you stay current with your organization's newly launched policies.

Cons

The mobile app is good. But I am not happy with the desktop version. It needs better stability and a clearer visual layout. In the HR Document Tool, all documents are in uneven numbering so the indexing there should be improved.

It has the basic, essential options and actions which is enough to get things done. Overall it actually makes it easier to find what we need. The Android app also makes it simple to access on a mobile phone.

Cons

Pages load very slowly and there is definitely room for improvement. Sometimes tasks don't close even after I have finished them.

Pros

its a very easy to use within our company. I felt most comfortable with it during my onboarding. As it helps generate tasks and can link with other company software. It also allows you to create new things or interact with AI tools.

Cons

I personally have not found any major issues but sometimes the site is a little slow to open. Maybe this is just a problem when using mobile data.

The reimbursement feature is good with no difficulties. I mean, it offers a very simple process to file a claim. The interface is also clean and user-friendly and you can check any employee's profile details to contact them if needed.

Cons

There could be an attendance reminder or alert notification when we open the app or website. As most people forget to check in on time.

Darwinbox is a handy tool that lets me mark my attendance, submit reimbursement claims, check my remaining leave, access HR documents and view my salary details.

Cons

There is nothing wrong with this application as per me.
