Pros
I love that this is a fully integrated, position-based HRIS/Payroll system. It reduces data entry time and significantly lowers the risk of keying errors. It is easy to use and provides valuable payroll and attendance data which when combined with our Electronic Health Record system, offers us useful productivity insights.
Cons
I have no complaints. I thoroughly enjoy working with the vendor and love the product. They understand the industry and key business factors well.
