“Datis Keeps You Clocked In”

Pros

Datis is the software my company uses for clocking in and out of work and tracking time. It serves as our digital timecard, and I must say it's incredibly efficient and user-friendly. The program at work is straightforward and easy to use, can't ask for more than that, right?

Cons

The only drawback I've encountered is that the mobile app frequently crashes. Almost every other day, I have to uninstall and reinstall the mobile app just to view my timecard. It's incredibly frustrating.

“High Quality HRIS Software”

Pros

The position control function is unique compared to other products I have reviewed. It mimics the manual system we have used for years to ensure financial control and compliance with funders. The approval workflow and notification functionality have greatly improved our communication, especially for onboarding. Benefits electronic open enrollment is pretty easy for our staff and HR team.

Cons

I did like to see more features in the Learning Management area. This is the only "side" software that we have not been able to eliminate with e3s implementation. It would be great if Datis could add the capability to upload training materials (such as SCORM files and videos) and automatically track completion.

Pros

I find this software easy to use. They regularly enhance the platform, provide excellent customer service and offer a comprehensive HR suite. It is also very reliable.

Cons

Honestly, I have not come across any issues based on our experiences over time.
