Pros
how user-friendly the system is for both staff members and administratorsit makes things really simple to use and use.
Cons
I'd really prefer an option to archive departing employees instead of having to delete their records.

“From free to paid for features
Pros
We began on the free plan and although it didn't have every capability, we managed to use it as-is and get the job done. After using it for a couple of years, our team opted to switch to a paid plan so we could use more advanced tools that really align how we track PTO. The interface is simple and user-friendly for both staff and the admin.
Cons
the main drawback was that the free tier lacked some useful features I wanted, such as recording time in hourly increments and having multi-level approval workflows available.

“great price with viewing limits
Pros
The price is great and the interface is user-friendly. I love the calendar view because it makes it simple to see when everyone is off and I can quickly add company holidays to the schedule.
Cons
Overall, I found it simple to roll out across our team and it generally does what we need. I would like the ability for employees to request specific hours off rather than only half or full days and I also wish I could configure an unlimited PTO policy for our organization.

“Cost-effective but holiday complexities

I find it very cost-effective and I really appreciate the clean, user-friendly interface.
Cons
For me this is really important. I need the software to let us import country-based holiday calendars that only apply to that country's employees, so one team's holidays don't change someone else's. For example, our US staff follow different holidays than the Philippines team. It would be fantastic to assign countries separately and to import, add or remove holiday sets per country. On the Employee Overview screen it currently shows something like 19/24 in the DAYS column, which becomes confusing when you also have bereavement and PTO. The totals are lumped together and bereavement should be treated separately since it's only for immediate family deaths. Allowing customization of visible columns would help a lot.

“A lifesaver without an HR team
Pros
Because my company doesn't have a dedicated HR department, I've found this product incredibly helpful for organizing and keeping track of everyone's days off.
Cons
I did notice that some customization features I wanted weren't available.
