“frustrating roster and timesheet management

Pros

The picture recognition feature for staff sign-in was impressive. It holds a lot of potential.

Cons

This program made simple tasks way too complicated. Creating a basic roster was tough and correcting missed sign-ins or sign-outs was frustrating. Whenever I tried to add annual leave, the system doubled the hours like 7.5 turned into 15. Even editing timesheets or rosters felt like fighting with the software.

Definitiv system is fairly easy to use but it has not been developed properly.

Cons

I could not get anyone to resolve the system issues. Management seemed interested in helping at first but then they just stopped responding. Plus there are still issues from the initial setup that have not been addressed including award setup errors that remain unresolved.

“affordable but failed rollout

Pros

I think it is pretty affordable considering everything it's supposed to do. Plus it was meant to link up Time and Attendance with Payroll and also bring in HR features which is a big plus.

Cons

We could not implement the system within the agreed timeline. After 9 months of delays we gave up on going live and decided to move to another solution.
