“Goal limits is restrictive”

Pros

Using this tool helped reduce manager bias and pushed evaluations to focus more on actual performance instead of favoring long-established employees over newer team members.

Cons

The Plus plan's 5-goal limit per user is too low especially since the next plan doubles it.... even for teams with far fewer than 50 people.

“helpful data visualization”

Pros

It gives me a chance to visualize data which is useful for my company. But apart from that I haven't really tested everything uptill now.

Cons

I wasn't able to try all of the features because there weren't enough instructions.

Monitoring productivity has been one of my favorite parts of using it.

“easy to use features”

Pros

From the very first use it stands out with a clean UI and a feature set that are simple and user-friendly. Creating tasks is easy and setting goals around Key Result Areas (KRA) is well organized. It also has a handy filter feature that makes pulling specific reports much more convenient. The employee scorecard is another strong point as it gives a clear picture of each person's contribution and overall impact on the organization.

Cons

This software would be even more useful if it supported a wider variety of connected applications to broaden its features and improve overall usability but overall it is an amazing platform and the JIRA integration for task management is especially valuable.

“User-friendly design”

Pros

In my experience the is very user-friendly and it's clear they put real effort into the overall user experience across the system. The features are placed exactly where you'd expect them to be so finding what you need is very simple.

Cons

I haven't come across any issues with how the system works or how well it fits into the workflow.

“aids in workload distribution”

Pros

One of the things I really enjoy about this tool is being able to assign separate goals and tasks to specific departments or individual employees. That kind of setup really helps prevent the workload distribution chaos that growing organizations often run into.

Cons

A feature I'm still uncertain about is the organization-wide score visibility where users can see how others are performing. In my view this can create unhealthy competition or a toxic work culture. Score visibility should be something each person controls for themselves.
