“Excellent free ATS for startups

Pros

This has honestly become one of my favorite additions to my tech stack. Our small startup grew fast, from 3 to 15 people in just 9 months and before this, hiring through Notion was chaos. With this tool, I've been able to cut our hiring time drastically using templates, scoring and easy replies. I can't believe such a great ATS is free. Setup was really simple and now I use it daily, even syncing everything straight from Gmail.

Cons

I honestly have no complaints, this tool has been great. At our current stage of growth, it offers incredible value compared to other platforms that would cost infinitely more.

“Efficient automation with great support team

Pros

Working with this tool to find candidates has been such a relief for my team. We're constantly busy and the automation plus human touchpoints make a perfect combo. It saves us from manual screening while keeping candidate quality high. Our Customer Success Manager has been phenomenal, friendly, proactive and always ready to help. As the company's admin, I love how smoothly it integrates with our directory and SSO. Even our technical screening tools fit perfectly into the workflow. The flexibility and willingness of their team to adapt the system for us have been amazing!

Cons

There are only a couple of small improvements I could suggest, mostly around the user interface but overall, I don't dislike anything about it.

Pros

In my opinion customer support has been incredible, quick, friendly and genuinely helpful. The interviewers are skilled and it's saved us so much time in sourcing.

Cons

I think it would be nice to have consistent pricing for unlimited sourcing and interviews to make planning even easier.

The embedded recruiter system and automated outbound sourcing are game changers. We've discovered fantastic candidates and the responsiveness of the team keeps everything moving efficiently. I think it is perfect for small and mid sized teams looking to speed up hiring.

I just wish there were more available seats but other than that, everything works perfectly for me.

Pros

Honestly, this is one of the best recruiting platforms I've used. The ATS works flawlessly, the automation helps us reach top candidates fast and the recruiting support team keeps the whole process seamless.

Cons

Some integrations feel limited which can make automating certain steps tricky at times, but thankfully, this tool's recruiters always help fill those gaps.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. This tool has been great and whenever an issue does come up (which is rare), their team jumps on it immediately.

The team behind this tool is absolutely top notch. I love that they're patient, kind and always go the extra mile. It feels like having a personal support squad dedicated to your hiring goals.

Cons

Occasionally, the site doesn't load correctly but I can't think of any other real drawbacks. Any bumps we encounter get resolved quickly with clear communication.

After comparing several CRMs, we stuck with this one because of its automated top of funnel sourcing. It saves us a ton of time while delivering quality candidates.

Cons

The interface can sometimes feel a bit clunky but it's not a major issue for me.

As the only person managing recruiting at my company, I've found this tool to be a lifesaver. It scales outreach efficiently and blends tech with genuine human support. The customer success team is always helpful and easy to work with, we've made multiple hires directly through them.

Cons

Calibrating for very niche roles with specific requirements can be a bit more challenging in my opinion.

“Simple integration with slack

Pros

What I love most is the simple integration with Slack. Reviewing candidates and reaching out to the account team is effortless. The support team stays engaged and is always ready to tweak the process for us.

Cons

I sometimes miss candidates in the Slack channel, so it would be great to have the ability to accept or reject candidates directly from the website. Otherwise, everything works great.

Automation in sourcing is such a relief for me. It saves countless hours for our lean recruiting team and the Slack integration makes collaboration super easy.

Cons

There are a few limitations in the product as they continue to expand and add features but I appreciate that they take feedback seriously and respond well.

This platform basically does the hard part for you, sourcing, coordinating and bringing top candidates right to your inbox. It's such a time saver for me.

Cons

It can take a little longer to find the perfect candidates but this tool always listens to my feedback and adjusts searches accordingly.

For me communication from their team is excellent, always clear, quick and consistent.

Sometimes, I noticed that it takes extra time to calibrate what qualifies as a "good" profile for certain roles.

I really like how they act as a true sourcing partner. Their Customer Success team is fantastic, always refining searches and helping us reach candidates beyond the usual platforms.

Cons

Not a con but I do wish I had a bit more control over backend alignment for specific positions but I can see the team actively improving this. They're always open to feedback and frequently update the product.

This has been one of our top sourcing tools, it drives a big chunk of our candidate volume. The team is responsive, approachable and great to work with.

Honestly, I have no complaints. The tool's performance has been excellent, responsive, flexible and very reliable for our needs.

For me it genuinely feels like hitting the "easy button" for recruiting. From sourcing and screening to managing workflows, everything just clicks effortlessly.

Only thing I dislike is that this tool didn't exist when I was running my previous startup, it would've made life so much easier.

This tool makes my life so much easier as a founder, outsourcing those time consuming initial screenings is a total game changer. Getting automatic inbound applicants has been a big win too and I've already made two great hires through it!

Cons

The cost for the first hire feels a bit high to me but once I start hiring for multiple positions, it definitely becomes more cost effective overall.

I really appreciate how this tool's support team is always there when I need them. It honestly feels like having a dedicated recruiter working alongside us. The automation helps our small team recruit far more efficiently and the variety of candidates we've found is impressive, we've made three great hires thanks to them!

Cons

I do feel a little hesitant about sending emails that come from a "bot" account, it's understandable for this kind of platform but I wish the candidate experience felt a bit more personal. The team here is aware of it though and they're always proactive about improving things.

Pros

The platform feels super easy to use. Setting up job descriptions and company profiles takes no time and we're now screening and vetting candidates way faster. The support team is responsive and helpful and the way this tool automates initial phone screens saves us so much time, especially while juggling other projects.

Cons

Since this tool is still relatively new, I've run into a few bugs and glitches, especially while setting up pipelines or using custom features but their team has always fixed issues quickly. I just wish it supported more advanced options, like automatically approving specific candidates for future roles.

“Limited filters and unclear algorithm

Pros

The automated reach out feature really helps improve my outreach efficiency, having those systems handle the first touchpoints gives me more time to focus on other tasks.

Cons

It's a bit of a double edged sword that the filters are general and since the algorithm's inner workings aren't shared, it's tricky for me to optimize searches. If I could understand how the system works, I'd be able to plan roles much better.
