Excellent free ATS for startups

Pros

This has honestly become one of my favorite additions to my tech stack. Our small startup grew fast, from 3 to 15 people in just 9 months and before this, hiring through Notion was chaos. With this tool, I've been able to cut our hiring time drastically using templates, scoring and easy replies. I can't believe such a great ATS is free. Setup was really simple and now I use it daily, even syncing everything straight from Gmail.

Cons

I honestly have no complaints, this tool has been great. At our current stage of growth, it offers incredible value compared to other platforms that would cost infinitely more.

Outstanding customer service

Pros

In my opinion customer support has been incredible, quick, friendly and genuinely helpful. The interviewers are skilled and it's saved us so much time in sourcing.

Cons

I think it would be nice to have consistent pricing for unlimited sourcing and interviews to make planning even easier.

Efficient automation with great support team

Pros

Working with this tool to find candidates has been such a relief for my team. We're constantly busy and the automation plus human touchpoints make a perfect combo. It saves us from manual screening while keeping candidate quality high. Our Customer Success Manager has been phenomenal, friendly, proactive and always ready to help. As the company's admin, I love how smoothly it integrates with our directory and SSO. Even our technical screening tools fit perfectly into the workflow. The flexibility and willingness of their team to adapt the system for us have been amazing!

Cons

There are only a couple of small improvements I could suggest, mostly around the user interface but overall, I don't dislike anything about it.
