This platform completely transformed how we handle recruiting! The interface is really accessible and packed with useful features especially the automated candidate screening and hiring workflows. What I really appreciate is being able to customize each step and track progress along the way. These tools give us much better data insights and help us make smarter decisions when selecting the right person for our team. The integration with our existing system works flawlessly and automatically publishes job postings. Plus applicants get funneled directly into our system through a secure connection which makes managing them so much easier.

Cons

There's some starting difficulty found here and it might take some time to get comfortable with all the features but honestly the benefits make it worth pushing through that initial adjustment period.
