“Great product that is sustainable in longterm impact.
Pros
DynaFile delivers what it promises. As it was easy to set up and quickly improved my workflow. Plus allows me to access files in a simple manner.
Cons
As a group, we cannot think of any drawbacks. Honestly we absolutely love using it and have no complaints to report.

“DynaFile Review
Pros
I'm really pleased that the interface is so user-friendly and easy to navigate. Also the uploading large batches of documents is a quick, efficient process.
Cons
One thing I would like to change is the file naming when downloading from DynaFile. As for now I can't pick custom filenames and instead, the system automatically assigns names based on internal indexes, which makes organizing and identifying files afterward a little hard.

“Great product and great account reps
Pros
The system is incredibly simple to operate and makes it easy for me to show others how it works. I also really value our account rep as she's consistently fast to respond and always offers the best, practical answers or fixes when I have needed help.
Cons
I get a little confused differentiating between editing a document itself and updating its metadata as the two actions feel similar enough that I often have to double-check what I'm actually changing.

Cons
There is this one thing but I'm not sure whether it's a connection problem but I notice a lag whenever I split documents.

“Dynafile - what a time saver!
Pros
We were impressed by how simple the implementation turned out to be. Facing hundreds of paper personnel files, we expected the rollout to be difficult, but we were genuinely surprised at how smoothly it went. Also the interface is user friendly and navigation is simple. Because we operate offices on both the state's east and west coasts, being able to share files across locations is a huge benefit. As a result we now have extra time to devote to other projects since we're spending far less time handling paperwork.
Cons
Nothing major but I am not very confident using the reporting tools right now. We have not mastered report generation yet. With more hands-on experience and time using the system, I expect we will become much better at producing and interpreting reports.

In our HR department, DynaFile has completely and genuinely changed how we operate, helping us work smarter rather than harder. We converted from paper to digital and overall it simplified that whole process considerably.
Cons

I really like how simple it is to drop documents into each employee's folder and then easily organize and sort them.
Cons
We wish they could integrate directly with our payroll system, Paylocity so everything would be more easy.

“Dynafile works for us!
Pros
Well I have had a fantastic experience with the Dynafile team. As having documents at our fingertips makes managing files simple and efficient. During audits, people often compliment how organized and user-friendly the platform is. We also like sending files directly from the platform, which saves a lot of time. Plus our account manager is a rockstar, always ready to help. She even guided us through integrating it with DocuSign so that signed files move in automatically, without any manual steps.
Cons
The only area I'd like to improve is clearer pricing tiers as our storage needs grow, since costs can become unclear after sometime.

“DynaFile is a quality solution
Pros
To be honest I am a fan of DynaFile because it's a no-nonsense tool that focuses on a single task and executes it exceptionally well. When we needed to convert more than 3,000 paper personnel files into an electronic system, this tool was the perfect fit and the migration felt effortless. Since it's designed specifically for secure document storage and management rather than being just an add-on, I get the impression that the platform and the customer support are both very high quality and dependable.
Cons
We did have to build several workarounds for permissions and access controls to get the behavior we wanted, which was a minor inconvenience. Beyond those custom fixes, however, the software has met and in some areas even exceeded our expectations and requirements.

Pros
From my perspective, Dynafile is pretty user friendly. After only a few sessions with our account representative, I felt comfortable navigating the system and using its features. Their customer support is both speedy and helpful and the good thing is that help section is simple to follow. Plus I have been able to customize document types to suit our needs and file paperwork the way our organization prefers. The rollout was smooth and quick too as I didn't run into any issues. I mean I have never had a more easy implementation than with this tool and our representative was absolutely wonderful!
Cons
One problem I have run into is that each document ends up in its own section inside the system. So if I upload four different demographic forms, they don't appear grouped together but scattered. I've also noticed that when our HRIS has many employees, so it can take a bit longer to load, which can slow things down during busy periods.

“Easy to use and train
Pros
Training new users is remarkably simple and that ease has spared us a lot of headaches during onboarding. And because the interface is so user friendly, I can walk people through the basics quickly and they pick it up without much of an issue. The platform also offers multiple ways to import or scan documents into the system which suits the different ways our team works and is a real advantage. Additionally, we can provide controlled, read-only access to regulators when necessary so they can view the exact information they need without us having to pull or hand over any paper files.
Cons
Because of the huge volume of files and daily uploads, we have occasionally had some documents go missing from the system. Though the reporting tools usually let me track those down but the process can be slow at times and it takes longer than I'd like.

“Cloud Storage Success
Pros
Moving a paper-driven organization to cloud-based storage has been surprisingly easy. Plus the interface is so user-friendly that folks at all levels of tech comfort can learn it. I genuinely felt a real sense of satisfaction using the software.
Cons
I wish there were a way to merge or rearrange individual digital files before they are submitted during batch processing for example, combining separate PDFs. I'd also like to have the option to build our own customized reports which would make tailoring outputs much easier for our team.
