Good tool to reviews my shifts

Pros

It is pretty good, lets me see which shift I'm working and who I'm working with. Logging in is faster too.

Cons

I really wish we could see total hours worked. Like if I worked Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, it would be nice to see that totals 24 hours for the next paycheck.

Efficient and simple to use

Pros

It's great, easy to use and understand but editing shifts can take a bit of time. Still I find it simple to learn and get the hang of.

Cons

Its just that the editing of individual shifts can take a lot of my time. They need to work on that.

Very user friendly software

Pros

Setting it up was really quick and customer support stayed involved with us from the start which was great.

Cons

It doesn't connect with our payroll software which would be nice to track things like tardiness and absenteeism automatically.

Excellent customer support

Pros

I think customer service is the most valuable part. Our rep has been super helpful and easy to reach when troubleshooting. The videos he recommends are really usefult too.

Cons

Not that I dislike it but the Director of Nursing is struggling to create a master schedule means the process is eating up a lot of our time.

Easy Shifts simplifies nurse scheduling

Pros

It is easy to setup schedules and swap shifts with this tool. The team made setup smooth and our nurses seem happy with it.

Cons

We can't see anyone else's schedule so many full time employees end up double booking.

They need to imrpove more

Pros

From an employee's point of view, I am not sure I like anything about Easyshifts because it just feels like another thing I have to open and check on my computer.

Cons

It feels like just another thing I have to open and check. Also I don't like having another app on my phone. My husband can't see my schedule either.

Simple scheduling system

Pros

Easyshifts was easy to set up and switch to. It's way more convenient for my staff to view schedules from home and pick up or offer shifts. It works with you to make the schedule fit your company or department's needs.

Cons

Their printing department schedules isn't ideal but it can be done.

It was pretty simple to learn

Pros

This software is very userfriendly which makes things easier for me and my team since we didn't need much time to learn it.

Cons

The only con we have found is the integration with Eldermark. Having to upload a report every week to check staffing percentages adds more work. It would be great if Easyshifts and Eldermark integrated automatically.

Truly a fantastic product

Pros

I like that changes happen live, so everyone stays updated at the same time. The bulk scheduling option in it is handy too.

Cons

Its mobile version is quite poor because the screen freezes when scrolling or trying to view the schedule on small screens. I always have to go back a page and reenter the schedule.

Much simpler than Excel!

Pros

Loved that we don't have to recreate the schedule every week or month. The templates are already there so you just edit instead of starting over. Plus employees can access it from their phones, home or work.

Cons

Learning the system was a bit tedious and I wish there was a better way to add staff to multiple sites instead of one by one.

Good scheduling software

Pros

It's easy to teach new employees how to use and it truly is an easy scheduling program. It's also great that there is an app my employees can download, plus the employee tab where you can see coworkers phone numbers and emails if you need to contact them.

Cons

I can't delete a member who was set up in advance but never got hired.
