Pros
Our onboarding experience was seamless, thanks to [sensitive content hidden]. They made it incredibly simple for our team to navigate through the process effortlessly.
Cons
When paying employees bi-weekly, the software doesn't provide an indication of the deduction amount. You either have to split the monthly expenses into two pays with no deductions for two out of the 26 pays (which feels like a bonus for employees), or you have to calculate the monthly transfers for 26 pay periods. If employees never changed their status, this wouldn't be such a hassle, but life is constantly changing!
